Does Anyone Have Any Suggestions Of A Good Colon Cleanse System?

I have never been impressed by all this clean colon crap, but a friend of mine mentioned she did it and she lost about 5 pounds. I am now interested in knowing if anyone has any reviews or suggestions on any colon cleanse systems. Anyone tried one and had good results?

5 lbs??LOL..well, it is BACK there in a week! Worthless waste of money and time..not to mention CRAMPS! Just eat more healthily! Lots of veggies..nothing cleans you out better than broccoli.

My family just finished doing a cleanse called, Perfect Cleanse by Garden of Life. I was already doing a diet so it’s hard to say if I lost weight specifically from the cleanse – but it definitely cleans you out! It’s a 10 day internal cleanse system that you take in the evening, it doesn’t require any fasting.

@Target for like $7 has fiber pills & packets u add to water to- it’s a 7 day program. I do this once in a while for general health (not for weight loss) & have had great results.
Use in combination w/fruits, veggies & water.
YES- it actually IS possible to have 5 lbs. of contaminates stuck to the walls of your innards!

I believe that Mariana is a poor Mexican, but what I don’t believe is that she totally ignored your desire for a clean colon. I have a great idea…how about you insert an enema into your rear and take a sheet?

i truly believe that any weight lost during this is just temporary… i’ve had 5 colonoscopies which require a cleaned out intestinal system… and i’ve NEVER seen any weight loss at all…
